Favorite Things/camp/outdoors to do in Michigan.

Some of the most beautiful landscapes that I have been to in the country is in Michigan. The upper peninsula offers some spectacular views of Lake Superior, waterfalls, rock formations, and just pure raw outdoors. If your into Fishing and Hunting Michigan has a lot to offer in that area as well.

The wildlife that can be observed is truly amazing. You can see Black Bears, Whitetail Deer, an assortment of birds, along with many other species.

Some of the places in the Upper Peninsula that are very popular to visit are, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Upper Tahquamenon Falls, Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Porcupine Mountains, Soo Locks, and Oswald Bear Ranch.

The lower peninsula also offers some great camping areas as well. Some places that are great are, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Waterloo Recreation Area, Turnip Rock, along with a host of museums to explore.

The fishing and hunting in Michigan are both good options as well. The amount of lakes to fish is enormous, and of course you got both big lakes as well. Some of the species that you can catch in Michigan are, Bluegill, Perch, Sun Fish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Rock Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Muskelunge, Catfish, Carp, and many more still.

If you know of some places in Michigan that are great for exploring and viewing the outdoors in all its glory please leave a comment below for others to know where to go.
